Cider Time

Well, tonite I racked the cider…Terry helped btw. Quite the job and I am now relaxing with one of last years.

Taste is quite good, more acid than last year and good flavour…..only 4 more months till bottling!!!

If you make wine/beer/cider just remember that you really want to clean and sanitize all the carboys etc immediately. I forgot once yeas ago and hated myself. You may be knackered but you will thank yourself.
